    On‑Demand Checks are for when you need specific checks completed quickly without setting up a full ongoing program. You can use them for new hires, contractors or existing staff, as a once‑off project or in small batches.

    We handle mandatory checks such as police checks, Working With Children / Vulnerable People checks, VEVO / right‑to‑work and industry‑specific clearances, from advising which checks apply through to lodgement, follow‑up and returning results in a simple format. This suits employers who hire occasionally, have a one‑off recruitment drive or must meet specific funder or regulator requirements without committing to a full program.
    B. Employment Screening
    For roles where you want more comfort about suitability and fit, we can add reference checks, qualification and registration verification and other background screening as an add‑on. You decide which roles warrant deeper due diligence, so you can reduce the risk of mis‑hires and performance issues while keeping statutory checks as the foundation.

    Managed Compliance is for organisations that want checks and renewals to run quietly in the background, with a clear schedule, reminders and a simple view of who is cleared, pending or due next. It keeps you audit‑ready year‑round instead of reacting to each expiry in crisis mode.

    We map which checks apply to which roles, capture existing clearances and then schedule renewals for police, WWC, VEVO and other mandatory checks. Our reminders, follow‑ups and “pester power” keep things moving, while your TEAMtab dashboard shows the live status of your workforce at a glance.

    WFH Policy Support helps you move from informal work‑from‑home arrangements to clear, documented frameworks that meet WHS and compliance obligations. It fits organisations with hybrid or remote staff who want confidence that arrangements are safe, consistent and defensible.

    We design practical WFH policies, procedures and checklists tailored to your organisation, covering eligibility, expectations, information security, privacy, supervision and WHS. The focus is on documents staff can understand and follow, supporting consistent decisions and reducing ad hoc exceptions.

    G. Implementation and regular oversight
